It covers this marketing website and the contact form only. A deployed K462 system used by a customer organisation is operated by that organisation; the operational records inside it are governed by the section Data inside a K462 deployment below.

Information we collect

• Contact form: the name, email address, and message you choose to send us.
• Basic server logs: standard request information (such as IP address and timestamp) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• No advertising or third-party tracking: we do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics that profile you.

How we use it

We use the details you submit only to reply to your enquiry and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to deliver email and host the site.

Cookies and local storage

Data inside a K462 deployment

Operational records inside a deployed K462 system (personnel data, attendance, documents) belong to the customer organisation. Access is decided on the server with per-user permissions, every change is recorded in an audit trail, files are served only to authorised users, and sessions can be revoked at any time.

Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS. We apply role-based access control, server-side validation, and a full audit trail. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the data we handle.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, then removed.
